Delivery / Shipping Policy

SHIPPING CARRIER

We ship ours order via Australia post. Shipping method can be selected at the end of the checkout process. Shipping fees are calculated according to destination, weight of the order and shipping method (Express or standard shipping).

SHIPPING TIMES

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). At times of high order traffic there may be delays with processing of orders.
EXPRESS SHIPPING: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days from dispatch day.
STANDARD SHIPPING: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days from dispatch day.

There may be some slight delays with shipping times due to COVID-19 restrictions.

DELAYS AND STOLEN ITEMS

DOLLYS JERKY is not responsible for unforeseen delays due to Australia post system ,nor are we responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items once delivered .once items are scanned as delivered to the customers address, it is up to the customer to claim any missing ,stolen ,or damaged items with Australia post.

OUR BEEF PRODUCTS MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF GLUTEN IN THE SOY SAUCE AND SPICES .PLEASE READ INFORMATION PROVIDED ON ALL OF OUR PACKAGED ITEMS AND TAKE ADVICE FROM THESE SEPERATLY AS THEY MAY DIFFER.
