We at dolly’s jerky marinate our meat for minimum 48 hours with blended combinations of herbs and spices,” that would make any mouth water”. 

We are a husband-and-wife business from outback Cobar, NSW. We have been in the business for quite a few years and have perfected our craft, we have a great range of fine jerky for everyone’ s pallet, and some not for the faint hearted.

We have made a great relationship with our customers by having one on one conversations and interactions with our customers, that in turn has given us great reviews and recommendations from our customers. 

We started off making jerky for friends and family, and the response was that we should be sharing our jerky with the rest of the world, which we did via, through Facebook to start with, and as the business grew and grew to proportions that we could have never imagined.

Our business grew exponentially, we then obtained a webpage which in turn grew our business once again. 

I was personally not impressed with the jerky that was on the market, it tasted very sweet and high in sugars and sodium and has very little beef content within it, the sort of jerky that is mass produced and that is owned by shareholders. (What I like to call candy jerky). 

So, into the kitchen we went, trialing many of flavors and many of marinades before we came up with our delicious marinades and rubs. We spoke to our suppliers of beef and asked for the very best cuts of meats, we don’t skimp on quality for any of our beef jerky and flavors we make or produce.
